ATMOSPHERIC FLUIDIZED BED BOILERS [AFBC]

Sufficient heat transfer from high bed temperature, perfect steam, sufficient air fuel ratio to control on Plenum Chamber. When an evenly distributed air/ gas is passed upward through finely divided bed of solid particles such as sand supported on fine mesh, the particles are undisturbed at low velocity.


DUST COLLECTOR [CYCLONE]

The Flue gases coming out of the air pre heater or Economizer are to be let to the ambience. Cyclone is a type of dust collector which can bring down the fuel gas Suspended Particulate Matter [SPM] level. This air pollution control device is provided with anti erosive material quoting at high erosion areas.

A very scientific design based upon science basic law of centrifugal force for removal of ash/ un-burnt particles emanating from boiler stack & arresting to meet increasingly stringent exhaust emission standards.

AIR PRE HEATER [APH]

Air Pre Heater as name suggest is a device designed to pre heat air before entering in combustion chamber of boiler. Primary objective of Air Pre Heater is to increase thermal efficiency of boiler. This is the placed where connected at the outlet of the boiler.


FURNACE  NOZZLES

Furnace Nozzles are one of the main component of Fuel injection systems. It regulates the flow of fuel to the ultimate ignition compartment. We supply with three types of nozzles:

  • Complete Cast Iron (CI)
  • Complete Stainless Steel (SS)

Combination of MS & SS- with nozzle tip of SS & base of MS


 

SECONDARY AIR NOZZLES

The second stage of admission of air to a combustion system generally to complete combustion initiated by the primary air it can be injected into the furnace of a boiler under relatively high pressure when firing solid fuels in order to create turbulence above the burning fuel to ensure good mixing with the gases produced in the combustion process & thereby complete combustion.


SS FERRULES

Ferrules are used to protect the tubes end abrasion from flying ash & sand, it increases the life of tubes. S.S. Ferrules include the following features:

ROTARY AIR LOCK VALVES

Rotary Air Lock Valves are used for ash discharge from hoppers, on the basis of ash temperature & abrasion. Rotary Air Lock Valves (RALV) are of two types:

  • Complete CI body with CI rotor
  • Complete MS body with CI rotor

VALVES & MOUNTING

The Boiler designed shall have the flexibility to operate on any solid fuel like coal, wood, agro waste briquettes, lignite, rice husk, pet coke as per customer requirement depending upon availability of fuel at economical rates where Boiler is to be supplied. The working steam pressure shall form the basis of designed steam pressure.


FEED PUMP ASSEMBLY

Feed pump can takes the water from the water tank and easy to feed the water into the boilers. it maintain the level of water in the boilers. it is automatic assemble as well as semi automatic assembly.


FUEL FEEDERS:

Fuel Feeders are for over bed feeding, variation adjustment for feed control as per steam load, spreading nozzles under it for uniform spray of fuel. It consists of the following:
