Boiler shell shall be of welded construction provided with end plates fitted   with Gusset; man whole doors .The design of Boiler shell with internals will ensure proper circulation & steam purity. The thickness of boiler shell shall be designed as per specifications laid under Indian Boiler regulation 1950 with latest amendments.

Membranes   Paneled   water wall with headers for high efficiency comprising set of bent tubes to form radiation zone & convection zone  of boiler complete with interconnecting headers.

High efficiency dust collection equipment which not only reduces particulate emission in flue gases but also prevent smoke nuisance & helps in reducing ID fan erosion.

Cyclone or Dust collection system comprising of Casing, hopper, discharge etc is designed to bring down the SPM level up to 350 ppm   in consonance with Indian Air pollution control Board norms .The cyclones work on the principle of high velocity centrifugal separation. It consists of high velocity trima cyclones made out of   suitable thickness MS sheet duly reinforced for long life & optimum efficiency with salient features as per details mentioned below:

• FD fan capacity–8,000cfm with dynamically balanced impellers ensuring  vibration free operation suitably designed to meet the requirement complete with motor.
• ID fan capacity-10,000cfm with dynamically balanced impellers ensuring vibration free operation designed to meet the requirement complete with motor.

Motor control centre of floor mounted ,fabricated from suitable thickness  CRC sheet where as outside doors shall be of  suitable thick  sheet thick duly painted with powder coated material in grey/cream shade  shall be  provided with voltmeter , Ammeter with selector switches, main  Isolating  switches, bus bars, contactors, relays, fuses/MCB/MCCB  with push buttons, indicating lamps for connecting to various feeders as per requirement for various equipment & drives with indicating  name plates as well for housing instruments in the Panel & control system required for automation, monitoring & control of Boiler such as ID fan, FD fan, feed water pumps, rotary air lock valve .All the switch gears shall be of either L& T/ABB/equivalent reputed make.

 The motors provided with fans/pumps shall be of 3 phase squirrel cage.It shall    of standard make like Bharat Bijlee/ABB/Kirloskar  /Crompton/ Alstom/ equivalent make based upon immediate delivery.
